Order Confirmation:
All orders are confirmed automatically (by email) and you will max within 8 hours on weekdays receive alerts by e-mail if there are any problems with delivery (backordered / availability.
Orders to be paid via e-bank, will be valid for 10 days from order date, then canceled.

DANKI.dk uses a payment gateway from wanna find. Communication with this payment solution is approved by PBS. All credit cards are encrypted.
If we are not able to deliver the entire order, we can reduce your payment to the new order total. We can not increase the amount if you want to add one or more product lines.

Delivery:
We usually ship the same day we receive your payment.
If your order contains order, order will be shipped when we can make a single supply.
All orders are delivered by Post Denmark, GLS or Danish Carriers. The largest part of the consignments receiver / client be home by reception. If the receiver / customer can not be it, we recommend that the shipment is sent to the recipient’s workplace.

Shipping:
All domestic orders (DK) conferred an amount to cover shipping costs.
Overseas and foreign destinations pay the freight in accordance with current rates.

Return:
You have 14 days return / cancellation.
Goods must be returned in original packaging. Goods to be exchanged for a different size or the like, will be exchanged the same day we receive your returned items. The cost of return shipments of this type held by you. We will charge a freight amount for shipping it back to you.

We will return the money to your account within 2 working days after we receive the goods.

Warranty and Guarantee:
A 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all products.
DANKI.dk exchange or repair if possible defective goods, but we reserve the right to settle a claim by paying its price.
